Singapore ~No-limits Roller Coaster~

Project Sea is here! Singapore is a ride that has been under the wraps since early February! The majority of the assembly was spent making scenery objects such as the pirate ship, wing coils, flying machine, and hot air balloons. Singapore is based of the Chinese town from the third Pirate of the Caribbean movie. I have to give credit to A113Productions, because I used his fog 3d. for this ride. A few items came from the CS park pack as well. So I hope you enjoy your ride through the lost Chinese world at sea, Singapore! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Stats- Max Height- 175 ft. Wicked Twister In Action

Wicked Twister is a steel roller coaster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. This 215-foot-tall ride consists of one train operating on a double-ended track. Both ends of the towers (track) are designed with 450-degree vertical twists to provide an exciting ride experience. This is the main difference between Wicked Twister and its similar siblings: V2: Vertical Velocity at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois, Steel Venom at Valleyfair in Shakopee, Minnesota, and Voodoo at Dorney Park in Pennsylvania. Between the towers a horizontal track section incorporates the load and unload area as well as the linear induction motor propulsion system (LIM section). The train consists of 8 cars carrying 4 passengers each, 2 persons side by side for a total of 32 persons. Wicked Twister's feature theme song is "The Winner" by the Crystal Method. At the beginning of the ride, the linear induction motors propel the train forward out of the station during its first launch at 50 mph, which carries the vehicle approximately halfway up the front tower. After stalling out and reversing, the train enters the LIM section again, where the train is accelerated during its second launch to 63 mph in the backward direction so that the train climbs almost all the way up the rear tower. The train then stalls and drops forward before re-entering the LIM section where additional thrust is added as the train gains to 69 mph during its third launch, causing the train to rocket further up the front ...

Visualizing Weight Loss

!±8± Visualizing Weight Loss

A fairly reliable piece of research has come out recently show ing that people who use visualizing techniques can reduce the amount of food they need to eat, and subsequently help them lose weight. This isn't a new concept and won't be a surprise to anyone who uses visualization as a way of bringing their subconscious power to the surface.

Its really important for another reason, which is about the relationship between how w e see ourselves, both physically and emotionally. The whole issue of weight loss and dieting is written about endlessly, and I'm not going to add to it here. The issue is more about understanding the link between why we eat an dhow the power of visioning can help.

The research already referred to focused pretty much on the sheer physical aspect of visioning less food, eating more mindfully etc. That absolutely matters and can make a difference, but is really only half the story.

At some level, people who have a problem dieting, or keeping weight off when they want to, are emotional eaters. To some extent everyone is an emotional eater at some point in their day ( or life! ) but for most people it isn't a real problem. For people with a weight problem it is a real issue because their weight has more to do with underlying emotional difficulties than with the food they're eating.

This is where the power of visioning really comes into its own. If someone is aware of their emotional drives and how they affect them, then they are able to own them at a conscious level, which means they can visualize their way forward to change the things they need to in their life.
